Service area

We currently offer hand delivery throughout Seattle city limits, with limited service to Bellevue and Mercer Island for pre‑booked orders.

Same‑day delivery

Same‑day delivery is available Tuesday–Saturday for orders placed by 1:00 PM Pacific Time, subject to product availability and route capacity.

During peak holidays, earlier cut‑off times may apply and will be noted on the website banner.

Delivery windows

We deliver within standard morning, afternoon, and early evening windows. Specific‑time deliveries can sometimes be accommodated for an additional fee; please contact the studio before placing your order.

Recipient availability

If the recipient is not available, our driver will follow any instructions provided at checkout (e.g., leave with concierge, neighbor, or at door, weather permitting).

If safe delivery is not possible, a re‑delivery fee may apply.

Weather & access issues

Severe weather, traffic incidents, or building access issues may impact delivery times. We will contact you as soon as possible if we anticipate a significant delay or require additional information.
