Refund & replacement policy

Perishable products
Fresh flowers are perishable and seasonal by nature. Minor variations in color, flower variety, and openness of blooms should be expected and are not considered defects.[web:38][web:39]
Quality concerns
If you have concerns about the quality or condition of your arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the issue. Photos of the arrangement from several angles help us assess what happened.[web:40][web:41]
After 24 hours, we are generally unable to offer adjustments, as care and environmental conditions fall outside our control.[web:39]
Resolutions
Where a quality issue is confirmed, we may provide a replacement arrangement of the same or greater value, a partial credit, or a full credit toward a future order, depending on the circumstances.[web:41][web:45]
Refunds to the original payment method are considered on a case‑by‑case basis and are not guaranteed for perishable items.[web:51][web:54]
Change‑of‑mind & preference
Because each arrangement is made to order, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for change‑of‑mind, personal preference, or stylistic differences when the design reasonably reflects the selected product description.[web:39][web:48]
Order cancellations
Orders may typically be canceled with a full refund if we receive your request at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.[web:42]
Once design work has begun or an order is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible, or a restocking/processing fee may apply.[web:42][web:40]
Non‑floral items
Non‑perishable items such as vases, candles, and cards may be eligible for return or exchange in unused condition within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us for authorization and instructions before sending any item back.[web:41]
